The public is constantly looking for a magic solution to weight loss. It is not just fat people. Those that we see that LOOK like they are in great shape are equally fixated on finding a weight lose solution. They let it control their lives. If you are consistently losing then you will some day get to your goal weight. Be leery of some weight lose products like Ephedra. Ephedra has proven to be hazardous and was taken off the American market. These days you can get anything you want over the internet so watch out. Products at health food stores should also be looked at askance. As always ask your doctor. When you are committed to REALLY getting the weight off you can and will dedicate yourself to your new lifestyle. Get advice from friends and family that have experience in losing weight. Join Weight Watchers or some other group of like minded people. Support helps lots of people stick to it. Ultimately it is up to no one but you and there is no weight lose secret. It is just darn hard work.
