Does finding the perfect gift for your loved ones become harder and harder each year? We are bombarded by advertising offering us the latest and greatest gadget that we should buy. Most of these gadgets are overpriced and end up in the back of the closet or, even worse, in the “re-gift” basket! How do you find that perfect gift? Something that people actually want, reasonably priced and also will last a lifetime?

The answer is vintage photographs. Everybody loves a little nostalgia and people just love hanging great prints on their wall so they can see them again and again.

When selecting a print you should spend some time thinking about the person? What hobbies or interests do they have? What is their profession?

From a price perspective expect to spend about $10 in a 8x10 print. Make sure it is professionally printed on quality paper. Do not settle for home produced prints made on hobby inkjet printers. They will fade very quickly and leave the recipient feeling very disappointed. Also look for a vendor with a wide selection (several hundred!) – hat will give you plenty to choose from.
