The fixed based station has a wireless network that receives and forwards the vehicle location data to the data center. Then with the help of tracking software and geographic map the location of the vehicle is determined. The database and software system provides the information regarding the location of the vehicle to the vehicle owner after entering the respective vehicle ID stored in the database of the web server.
