Idea 4 - After you have completed the cleansing diet after one week you should not go back immediately to the way you were eating before you did this diet. Instead it is far better you gradually start to admit into your diet again cooked foods and allow at least a week further before you start incorporating meats back into your diet fully along with processed foods. The thing you need to remember when it comes to a 7 day cleansing diet is you take things slowly and are gentle to yourself. Fasting certainly isn't the best way to cleanse your body of toxins and other waste elements that can cause problems for your health. Also if you are someone with a health problem or who needs to take medication then you need to check with your doctor first to see if it is okay for you to do any kind of cleansing diet.
