Part of my job requires me to visit hospitals. Seeing so many sickly people who aren't very old has really motivated me to get healthy and stay healthy. I want my kids to grow up having a healthy father who can will be in good health as they grow old. There are 1,440 minutes in every day. Taking just 30 minutes a day to exercise can really make a difference in your life. Here are 11 great reasons to start exercising. Daily exercise...

10. improves sleep and gives you more energy when you're awake.
11. helps lower your blood pressure.

Remember that exercise by itself can only do so much for your health. Be sure to eat right and get plenty of sleep. If you get really serious about your new exercised lifestyle, you may want to consider adding vitamins and other supplements to your diet.
